Window Zone

Window Zone installed 44 of their Pella Burris windows in Black and white at my home. I selected these windows specifically because they are 2.5 inches thick. Competitors windows are 3 in or thicker. I was looking for a sleeker option. Window Zone is family owned and operated. Luis takes great pride in his products, employees and that's palpable. He has 5 star reviews on BBB and everywhere else because he delivers 5 star service. Luis is always early/on time, delivers his product on time and keeps the project time line on track. My windows were installed 8/2025 and as of this review 12/2025, I have felt the windows function as promised. They came with a 10 year warranty. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Window Zone.

Want to thank Luis and Sebastian. We replaced 59 windows and a patio door after 31 years in our home. The winter storm we had this week and the bone chilly temperatures, made me wonder what the temps inside the house would be after 2-4 days of below freezing. Definitely could tell the difference from previous winters. As cold as it was, the house maintained the same temp throughout, and thermostat never dipped below 68 where we had it set. Really happy with the functionality, and even more, the look on the house is fantastic.
