Our experience with Bob has been nothing short of frustrating. After 4 in-person meetings where we discussed and designed a full traditional cabinet layout—which he seemed completely on board with at the time—he suddenly claimed he doesn’t even do traditional cabinets. This was after months of dodging our calls and texts. We hadn’t even picked out a final cabinet style yet, so for him to back out like that made no sense—especially considering his showroom is filled with traditional cabinet samples. After not hearing from him for months, I decided to show up at his shop unannounced. He looked completely frazzled, was stuttering, slurring his words, and genuinely shocked that I was there. It was clear he had no intention of following through on anything. He also promised a sample in 2 weeks—

Top notch from beginning to end! Informative, patient (I didn’t really know what I wanted), professional and personal. Was by far the best component of our kitchen remodel! Their install crews were great; super polite, timely, efficient, and left nothing behind but a great job. EuroAmerica Design truly is a five star company!

We scheduled an in-home measurement and we’re told the design would be ready in about 2 weeks by Carol. The in-home appointment went as expected on 2/25, but we have not heard anything from Carol or EuroAmerica Design. Disappointing to be ghosted by a company we were really hoping to work with.

Beautiful selection. Elaine is a talented designer who worked diligently with us to get the look we wanted within budget. Our kitchen is gorgeous!
