EUROCRAFT CABINETRY INC

I got my cabinets back on August 2022; the cabinets are lovely on the outside, but the inside is turning yellow (the shelves). Also, a few weeks after the installation, one of the cabinet doors from under the sink fell off badly, I contacted them, and I was told that because they didn’t do the installation, there was NO warranty. Neither I nor my guys who have the account with them were aware of this matter. Also, the paint is extremely easy to get chipped, especially from the trash door, since it is constantly opening and closing. The customer service is amazing, communication is great, prices are high, and the cabinets do look amazing but they are NOT the best quality.

We had a great experience working with Eurocraft. Timely communication, easy scheduling, smooth installation of the cabinets and the countertop. Quality, patient and friendly installers. Highly recommend! As an architect we will surely work with them again.

The company is absolutely terrible. If I could I would have rated them 0. Me and my contractor were lied to about the installation date.they send two different guy to the job site each blaming the other. One said why did you get a very good deal and the other guy has the wrong measurements. When I called the company to address the issue they kept being disrespectful, putting the phone on hold and hanging up. After a whole day of calling them 7 times and getting tossed around to different people and getting false names. They cancelled the contract. They literally had the audacity to ask my licensed contractor to not let me get involved. As a home owner I am the main boss. They refused to respond to me. The guy who picked up the phone literally told me there is nobody else in the company and

Beautiful, frameless designs in quality materials. Very friendly, helpful staff. If our budget were $30k-35k for the kitchen cabinets (150"' x 170'" size), we'd have loved to work with them. But the budget was revealed to me late in the shopping experience at 1/3 that. We'll get what we pay for, made in China or Vietnam. :<
