Not to cast shade on the positive reviews but definitely not my experience. I would put less than 1 star if I could. Look at the images attached to this post. If you want this horrible job done to your house then by all means hire them. Yes the materials were good BUT we hired European Tile to install the tile and they sent a hack. The images below are currently how they left my kitchen. They said the job was finished. Rolando did a horrible job as you can see all the grout holes and uneven tiles. After we brought up all the issues to him and Barbara the owner from what we were told of European Tile both of them went silent., Rolando lied when he said that the grout needed to “settle” he said he’d be back to finish the work but he obviously didn’t come back. The staff is very professional and helpful. I was not sure on the style I wanted but the owner help me and my bathroom came out beautiful. The best quality and price! They have all styles and very unique products!
