Super quick, roof was done in a day. Every person we spoke to was so professional, willing to answer any questions. Kept us updated on everything that was going on or any problems. Chris Ortiz was amazing with communicating with us and his crew. The sales guy Blake Buchheit was truly amazing and good at explaining all the options. Overall we had a fantastic experience with this company and highly recommend them.

Recommended to me by my insurance agent, who used Eustis for his own house. These guys are the best. Jessi, the production manager was there ALL of the time. 1. Super meticulous 2. ALL workers know exactly what to do. 3. Special trash "buggy" on the tarp covered driveway to catch all debris. 4. Used super magnet to catch any loose nails left behind. UV is a killer for shingles here. Eventually you will need a new roof, much sooner than up North. Delighted that I chose Eustis.

Chris with the manager of this project and he did a wonderful job. He was extremely helpful. And went above and beyond what was necessary. Everything went as planned and the roof is just beautiful. The cleanup work was very good. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I recommend Eustis Roofing to anyone.

The roof itself looks good, and the job was completed in a single day. However, the experience left much to be desired. The salesperson had a great personality and a convincing pitch, promising all sorts of guarantees—but once the job was done, it became clear those promises didn’t hold up. Our first county inspection failed because the inspector noticed damage in the interior of our drywall where they replaced the skylights and wanted to ensure we wouldn't have leaks in the future. When we contacted Eustis Roofing about it, the receptionist dismissed the issue as “cosmetic” and said it was our responsibility to fix it. Eustis Roofing did a wonderful job of replacing 2 roofs on 2 different properties I own The Sales Guy Blake was very well versed on what expectations I would be be expecting and we worked out a reasonable price and schedule to get the work completed The Foreman Chris then took over and made sure the installation process and kept me up to date on any issues or changes that need to be made Both jobs were completed to my satisfaction and I was impressed with there Efficiency to get both projects completed Then the Office Staff Jessica was very pleasant to deal with and kept all the Permit and Billing paperwork in order after completion They Overall did a great job I would highly recommend them to anyone
