From the salesman “Ricky Chen” sitting with me to discuss the unit and prices to today’s install. Everything so far seems to go without any issues. Today we installed a mini split in our garage. The installation took just under 4 hours. The fittings, hoses, electrical boxes are all put together nicely, with a clean and professional look. The final clean up was also in order. Now to cool the garage. Overall satisfaction: so far so good, but time will tell. Also a shout out to the main installer that went over the unit w me “Shawn” explaining how easy it was to operate the remote and unit, as needed. Thanks Munn’s

We had an issue with our new AC unit and Munns, as always, showed up quickly, great communications and fixed the issue. These guys are fantastic, after purchasing a system, the most important thing is support and service and without a doubt, they knock it out of the park on both.

This was the first time having Munn’s service my hvac system. Two friends highly recommended Munn’s so I decided to call. A technician was able to come to my home within two days of my call. The young man was polite and thorough. He explained everything he did and what was needed to be fixed.
