Ten Mayberry Condo Association is responsible for maintaining the building and it is important to select an experienced expert in roofing. This company is awesome! I had major ice dams with the recent storm and I called them as I had leaks coming into the house. It was the absolute coldest day in ten years and they arrived to help me within the hour. They assessed the areas of snow that needed to be removed from the roof and took care of it. Fair priced professionals that totally helped me out! Highly recommend!

Best contractor I've worked with! Ted gave me a reasonable quote for a new roof in May. He was direct, upfront, with no hard sell. He communicated everything I needed to know with reasonable lead time. While doing the roof, they found a rotted fascia board. They showed me the board and gave me options. When they replaced the fascia board, they also replaced the trim on that section so it goes all the way under the drip edge. The roof was completed in a day, and the extras were finished a few days later. Again, Ted kept me in the loop the whole time! Afterward, the property was very clean, and four months and a few downpours later, the roof is still holding up great!
