Joe was kind and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to teach my parents the proper way to maintain their home, now that he has treated it. He has been respectful and a pleasure to be around. Noticed a mouse issue once there was work being done in another row home. Kevin came and was very thorough in his initial inspection and checked every area possible! During the follow up, he made sure to check the traps and kept me informed through out the entire process from beginning to end. Would highly recommend!!
