Worst quality flooring I’ve ever seen. Previous owner of the house installed Everbright EBP058 flooring just prior to us purchasing the house and within 2 years hundreds of tongue and groove joins have broken and fractured and dozens of little slivers have completely broken off the floor. We have painters tape covering the broken pieces all over the place so the kids don’t get stabbed by the points sticking up.

Disappointed with Everbright Flooring. Ordered laminate flooring, but they missed scheduled deliveries without calling or updating us. We had to call to check the status ourselves. The salesperson didn't apologize-just said they'd come' soon'. Our order did not arrive on schedule, so we have to cancel it. The way they handled the situation was completely unacceptable. A frustrating waste of time. Terrible customer service.

I had purchased flooring in 2022 and flooring was done by professionals. It started breaking at multiple places in 2024 and later when approached them for warranty they say it’s contractor issue and he didn’t do his job appropriately. They didn’t credited under the 25 year warranty. I called and emailed multiple times with all information needed but they just simply wanted to deny

Everbright Flooring has acknowledged responsibility for material issues following an inspector's report. It's a positive aspect of working with a supplier like Everbright, who stands behind their products and takes responsibility when necessary.

Worst quality. Don't honor warranty. Never buy
