Everdry Waterproofing of Pittsburgh

We had our basement and Waterproofing done in April 2020. I also have pictures of the project. They dug up the outside of the house and jackhammered the floor in the basement. They put in pipe and resealed everything. The pipes all went into a subpump which pumped it outside. I have pictures of the subpump. They also put patches on the walls of the basement which we had to have as our walls were bowing in. These patches won't allow the walls to move in anymore than they already have. I have a picture of them as well. Then they installed a air system that pulls the air from upstairs and the basement and shoots it outside through the basement wall. It is to prevent mold and mildew. I can say that our basement is dryer than a bone since we had it installed. We pay an annual fee in case of any

Everdry had installed my system with the previous owners. I didn’t realize at the time when buying the house how important it was. I have not had any water in my basement since purchasing the home. It has also added value to my house. Everdry has been great explaining how it worked! Would recommend!

10/10 service, I would very much recommend Everydry! Field Supervisor Toney and Foreman Jay (along with his crew of Jacup, Dan, Justin, Shane, and Corey) were all very professional and courteous! They all took the time to answer and questions or concerns and walked us through the process step by step to make sure we were satisfied and understood what we were paying for. The project progressed as expected and dust was kept to a minimum. They proved to be very passionate about their work and went above and beyond to make sure we were confident with our our decision in choosing Everydry. If any complications were to arise in the future, we trust that we are in good hands! (Seriously, we cannot sing the praises of the workers enough. Give those gentlemen a raise)

Has interior and exterior French drains put in about 2 months ago Let me start by saying i have not had any water in my house yet reason for the 2 start is the workman ship of my concrete inside. About found 28 cracks in the concrete which the did come out and hydro pack. Concrete is extremely uneven an wavy after they fixed they cracks by packing them about a month later. I had found about 30 more crack when we called. To set appointment up they came out next day and. A comment was made i don’t see why we are here so much. ( this would be the 2nd time ) and my wife told him it was because of the cracks and the unevenness of the concrete and the lips between the old and new concrete i had to fight with them to replace it. The overall experience and quality of installation was worth the investment; most importantly I have not had any flooding in the basement after having the interior/exterior system done by Everdry. I would give 3.5 stars if I could; however, since I have not seen a drop of water in the basement since having this work done I'll leave it as 4. The office and field personnel should communicate to each other more efficiently. I had to call the day before they were scheduled to begin because they didnt reach out prior. Due to an oversight on their scheduling, the first day of install they only sent one worker to begin demoing the concrete around the basement perimeter without their patented vaccuum attachment for the jackhammer (which was an important selling point for me).
