I can't say enough good things about Everest Roofing! Mack was incredible, he guided us through the process and was extremely kind and understanding. He gave clear consistent communication and unbeatable customer service! Jovanny was able to get the insurance company to pay out despite all the roadblocks in the way and I was very impressed with his tenacity. The roof looks great and the team that installed it was professional and fast! I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs roof services of any kind.

Everest Roofing approached us about roof damage after a hail storm this summer. They assured us they would work with our insurance provider to get the roof, siding, and downspouts replaced. The roofing replacement and communication was excellent. The crew did a great job keeping us updated on the progress and cleaning up. We did have an issue with the flashing around our chimney. We've been told it would be corrected, and that has not yet been fixed. The siding process was not quite as smooth. It was a different crew and project manager than the roof, and communication was lacking and there was some misunderstanding about the wooden siding that was under our damaged vinyl. After some calls and discussions, they addressed our concerns. The gutters were replaced quickly and efficiently;

Carlos was amazing throughout the whole process. He helped me understand the confusing insurance steps, always kept me updated, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening. The team showed up on time, worked professionally, and had the entire roof completed in less than a day. The finished roof looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. I truly appreciate how smooth and stress-free they made the experience. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work!

Rodrigo was super responsive, professional and did a great job answering all questions and providing a very thorough quote. His installers did an excellent job of putting the roof on and cleaning up after themselves, we are very happy with our roof!
