At this point in my life as a home owner, I've had a few experiences with contractors. This group of folks have definitely raised the bar for me. To begin with, the process of getting an estimate done was actually pleasant. The rep came with everything they needed to help finalize what we were envisioning, then give us a total cost before they left. Next, during the process of completing our new deck they kept us updated daily with the use of an app that allowed for two way communication between us and the main office, which they were very prompt in answering, showing us what was next up on the project, and pictures of the work being done. I just had them replace my siding and windows and the difference is night and day. The crew got done in about a week, they were proffesional, polite, quick and efficient. They answered questions and worked around my needs. when they needed to work inside, they asked permission and made sure not to hurt anything. The project was managed through the buildertrend app and Evergreen made sure to update me every day on our progress. I feel great about the work done and will be working with them to replace my roof next.
