I hired Ernie for my home inspection for a home I am in the process of purchasing. Another home inspector that I had hired in the past recommended Ernie to me. I had an excellent experience with Ernie. He was very professional over the phone, as we were scheduling the inspection, as well as in-person. He arrived at the property early, before my wife and I arrived, and he was already walking around the exterior of the property checking things out.
