I had a few companies come out to evaluate my old system to see if I needed a replacement. Northeast was honest and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. They do a thorough job cleaning and checking my system every spring and fall. I also really appreciate that the same technician, Reese, comes each time—he’s always pleasant, friendly, and professional.

Arrived on time, pivoted seamlessly from regular maintenance to replace hidden system filters that had not been replaced in 10 years by the previous company.
