Logan from Evergreen was my technician today, and he did an outstanding job. He arrived on time and called ahead to let me know he was on site and would begin with the exterior of the home. He conducted a very thorough inspection outside, including the crawlspace, which I really appreciated. I also asked him to treat the interior of my home. Since it had been raining, he thoughtfully put on boot covers to protect my floors without me even having to ask. That level of professionalism really stood out. Logan was extremely courteous and polite throughout the entire visit. He checked in with me multiple times to see if I had any questions or concerns and clearly explained what he was doing. I am usually very picky about who comes out to service my property. However, I did notice a new technician who had never been here before was assigned to me. To my surprise and exceeded expectations I am very happy to have experienced the service from Eddie this morning. He was very pleasant very particular of ensuring that he put on foot coverings when entering my home of which I was very appreciative. He asked questions and also follow through with any concerns that I had. I was most impressed with the video that I received that shoeed me what services he provided. Wow what an added touch. Logan Brown was our Technician today and we are so impressed by his friendly professional manner. He did an excellent job and was very thorough with inspecting things, checking bait boxes, web removal and communicating with us what he was going to do and what he found. He truly was a breath of fresh air. Even in this cold he didn’t miss a beat. Thank you.

Donald did a great job as always. He’s very thorough makes sure everything is done and always ask if we need anything else. We didn’t even know he was here until I saw his truck. Love the service we get from him and evergreen!!!
