We set up a in-home kitchen measuring and planning service with this company (Via IKEA. I guess they subcontract with them) and they pulled a no show, no call. Since this was supposed to be a four-hour appt, I stayed home and didn't make any plans. I was excited to start planning our kitchen and these folks killed the fun by not doing us the basic courtesy of cancelling or letting us know in any way that they would not be there.
