Charged $1500 for hot water heater with installation. He said $65 hr plus cost of heater Would be $1500. It took less than 2hrs. Then I researched the cost of hot water heater, it’s hundreds cheaper than 1300. Refused to give me itemized receipt when I asked. Just wrote $1500 down on a receipt. He marks up actual cost of hot water heater and never gave me receipt for it. I actually had to help carry the heater down my basement and carry the old one up with him. I asked what discount I get for helping him he said he gave me $65 discount. Really off what? Worst experience ever!

This is a great small business with experienced and knowledgeable techs. I had another HVAC contractor come out and diagnose my AC not working. They found the issue to be something they described as “expensive”. Due to the age of the system (9 years old) they recommended replacing the system. I called Green Zone for a second opinion. One of their tech’s came and found the issue was a broken thermostat wire. Thank you Green Zone for saving me money!!!!
