Gristmill Custom Furniture

I have used Gristmill for 2 kitchen and bathroom projects. Jason does excellent custom work for cabinets. If there are any issues, he takes time to take are of them. My customers were also very happy with his work. He does a good job at meeting deadlines and working with the schedule. I highly recommend him for your kitchen cabinet and bathroom vanities. I will be using him more in the near future.

I purchased the Quilter's Delight III and Tread Cabinet. These pieces of furniture are beautiful, well made, and match the color of our other oak pieces perfectly. Jason is wonderful to deal with. We were always kept up to date, and everything was delivered on time. Don't waste your money on the sewing cabinets that aren't 100% wood. You won't be sorry you invested in these beautiful pieces of furniture. No one would know these are sewing cabinets but me!

I cannot say enough about the quality and workmanship of the custom cabinet that I purchased from Gristmill Custom Furniture. The cabinet is like a fine piece of furniture beautifully made out of solid wood. The owner, Jason Nolt, spent a great deal of time finding out exactly what I wanted in the sewing cabinet, even adding to the length to accommodate my very large serger. It is rare these days to find someone who really cares about craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

I was looking for a Quilter's cabinet and thought I found something at a local quilting store. What I learned was that it was not solid wood, it would take 4 months to build and would cost over $5K. I thought about building a custom sewing cabinet and knew that amish furniture was well built, but thought for sure that it was outside of any price that I could afford. I ordered a custom sewing cabinet and the quality is superb. Jason was very thorough and answered my multitude of questions promptly during the design process. Since I have a larger sewing machine, I was finding it difficult to find a product pre-made from a competitor. Delivery was handled by a local company since I live several states away. I highly recommend using Gristmill to build your cabinet as it will last a lifetime.
