My home warranty company coordinated for them to come out and fix my LG refrigerator. The technician concluded that it was a bad compressor, so one was ordered. Once the new $500 compressor finally arrived and the technician came back out to install it, it didn't actually fix the problem with the fridge. Instead of doing their job and determining what the problem was, the technician lazily recommended, "Just buy a new fridge". This is not acceptable considering the fridge cost $5000 and the technician never actually determined what was wrong. Extremely poor service work, DO NOT USE this company!

My icemaker decided to stop working. Filed a claim with my home warranty only to have them deny the claim after the tech diagnosed the issue. So, I contacted EveryDay (the company my warranty sent) to see if they would fix it (given they did the diagnostics). Without hesitation they provided a quote and I scheduled the repair. Semaj arrived as scheduled and worked until the job was complete. I'll know more tomorrow (when I have ice). But right now, I'm more than satisfied with the service.

One of the worse experiences with a company. Company was sent by the 2-10 warranty to fix my ice maker. The technician misdiagnosed, lied and refused to return a called. The issue gradually went from the ice maker to the water valve. More than three visits and each time the technician pretending they never been to the home. Save yourself the headache and do not hire.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are at best incompetent, and at worst, crooks. They come out and tell you one thing (the unit needs to be replaced), then they tell the warranty company something else. I guess this gets them more work. First visit they tell me the unit needs to be replaced. Second visit they say the warranty company told them to try this. Third visit they come and look again and say i think its this. Fourth visit they try it. It still leaks. Fifth visit they DONT EVEN LOOK AT THE DISHWASHER. They said it needs to be replaced and they dont know why the warranty company keeps sending them out. So, I call the warranty company and they tell me the reports all say different from what I was told. So one or both of these companies are to be avoided. Either the dishwasher can be fixe

A refrigerator was bought. I was very skeptical at 1st… it is working great. I really like it….The plug fell apart. Owner came out within 2 hours. So far I love the refrigerator and the service. They would definitely get my business again.
