Evolution Heating and Air Conditioning

I recently had a new HVAC system installed by Evolution Heating and Air Conditioning and had a great experience overall. Diego (who I believe is the owner) handled the initial quote, job walk, and final walkthrough, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Rose, the manager, was great to work with. I changed my mind on a few things and requested some updates to the quote/job, and she was always helpful, responsive, and professional. Communication was easy and timely throughout the process. The technicians were professional, respectful, and hardworking. I upgraded to a newer heat pump system, including the indoor unit and outdoor condenser, along with some duct work. I had two units installed sometimes in April of 2025 by Evolution Heating and Air Conditioning. I got at least 6 different quotes but I got the most straight-shot quote from Brian from this company. From day one, Brian always spent at least 20 minutes with me for each call. He was always willing to answer any questions at all times. Brian knows what business really means and helped me tremendously. He has wealth of technical knowledge. I had them install American Standard slim units. Fast forward to Monday 9/15/2025, one of my unit had air handler blow the air but outdoor unit would not turn on. I called them, they sent out Ricky on Friday of the same week. Tim arrived on time and was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and went the extra mile to try and fix it during that visit. When the same issue came up again the following day, I contacted the company and they responded immediately. It is a pleasure to write this review about Evolution Heating and Air Conditioning. This is one of the most outstanding companies I have ever worked with. Every person I had contact with was professional, courteous and helpful. My very old 1950's furnace died during a very cold time, and I called six companies for estimates to replace it. The salesperson from Evolution HAVC arrived the same day and provided me with the best price and installation proposal. They arrived the next day at 8:00am and finished the perfect installation that same day! I have never seen a furnace installation look so nice with all the necessary safety features. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely refer them to others and use them again in the future.

We have been so pleased with the start to finish service from Evolution Heating And Air Conditioning. Scheduling our estimate was quick. Installation quicker. Diego was knowledgeable, professional and answered all our questions. He was on-site checking progress and installation. The installation crew was respectful of our space and did a great job with clean up. Rose and Marissa had great customer service and were so friendly. What a great overall experience.
