Reginald Thomas exceeded expectations this week with identifying the problem with our heating unit, ordering the parts and completing the job all within a 2 day span. Great customer service & also seems to have alot of knowledge about HVAC.Follow up : I was still having issues & another guy who might’ve been the owner came out, although he was very helpful he was nosey as well because what does asking me the type of work I do have to do with you trying to diagnose my HVAC issues.

They came out within 24 hours and had my heater up an running in minutes. The technician was prompt and courteous.
