Evolution Plumbing & HVAC

We hired Evolution Plumbing & HVAC while renovating a home, and they handled a large scope of work for us all in one job. They installed mini splits, redid older plumbing in both our kitchen and bathroom, fixed our broken sump pump (just in time for all the snow to melt!), and updated our water heater. They took on a lot as part of the renovation and did an excellent job across the board. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and very detail-oriented. What we especially appreciated was how careful and respectful they were in the house while the work was being done. They put down drop cloths everywhere, wore boot covers, and made sure everything stayed clean and protected throughout the project. I highly recommend Evolution Plumbing and HVAC out if Natick. I have had them to my house a few times now. Initially I was having issues with my air condition after I purchased my home. I had called around to a few different places but Ryan, Peter and team at Evolution Pluming were the only ones to take the time and explain my options to me after finding the problem. I could tell they truly cared, were extremely respectful of my house and great communicators through the entire process. It’s nice to have found a HVAC and plumbing company I know I can count on when things go wrong (or for the installations of my shiny new plumbing fixtures) :). Highly recommend.

Ryan is awesome! He has done tons of work for us at our house and he also ran the plumbing and installed a sink for me on the second floor of my old acupuncture clinic so I wouldn't have to run up and down the stairs to wash my hands between clients every day (bathrooms on the first floor) At our house he has done all of our plumbing and HVAC work including: -running a water line to our fridge -installing central air (In the middle of the summer which I'm sure was absolute hell) -changing us over from oil to gas -he added a heat pump to our air handler so that our brick house actually heats up since our baseboards suck -put in a new on call water heater Can't say enough good things about Ryan and his team. I just learned of this plumbing company last Friday when we found a steam heating system pipe leak that was obviously an emergency. I called and got one of the two owners, Adam Fernandes, and described our dilemma. It was 4 PM on a Friday afternoon so I was thrilled enough that he just answered my call. Immediately. But when he told me that he was right around the corner and pulled into our driveway before we even hung up our call, I knew I had hit the lottery. Adam assessed the situation and we put a baking sheet under the leaking steam pipe to contain the water until he could get there the following Monday. They are fantastic and I highly recommend. They responded quickly to an urgent laundry valve repair, had fair pricing, and were professional and neat. We called them again for help with our heating system, and they found a critical flaw from the original installation that we’re now getting fixed. We’re grateful to have found them.
