Evolved Mechanical were simply outstanding - probably the best experience I've had with any type of contractor. We were replacing our oil boiler and converting to natural gas. First, they came in and provided a detailed and fair estimate, and responded quickly to our questions and made good recommendations. Then, during the installation they concluded that our piping system needed to be changed and did the incredible work you'll see in the photos below. Our sales rep Justin was a pleasure to work with - informative, not pushy - geninuely helpful. Jason, the owner, was directly involved in the install and provided heaters during the process. We woke up on a very cold day to find our heat was still operating, but seemed to be struggling to keep up. When we called Evolved Mechanical, we made sure to tell them that we did have heat, and they should definitely tend to more pressing emergencies first, but they were still out the same morning to troubleshoot our system and get it humming along happily again. We contacted Evolved Mechanical for an Air Conditioning repair last summer. The technician arrived quicky, explained what the problem was clearly and made sure to test things well after fixing it. We were really happy with the service. When winter came, we had an issue with our boiler. We called them again and they came out to check it on a Friday night even though they don't officially service our boiler make. They spent about an hour trying to troubleshoot it and once they reached the limit of their abilities, they recommended someone who could service our boiler. They didn't charge us at all for that visit. I highly recommend their team!
