Unresponsive to the extent of ghosting the insurance company and myself and provided an excuse I will not put words to it since unable to know what is 100 percent true, 80 percent true, or 10 percent true. Channeling personal challenges can occur when buying time or blowing off a customer since possibly not enough money to be made and possibly pad the estimate so the insurance company denies the claim and business owner, Jason, can say "did all he could" are my ongoing concerns and my home is still unrepaired and I now need to find someone else not flaky, disinterested, disillusioned, disingenuous, or just not to be involved with on DAY ONE?
