Exceeds Construction

Exceeds Construction exceeded my expectations. They replaced our entire roof in less than 3 days and did a fantastic job. Then we had them in stall a 12'x38' patio extension off the house and it turned out awesome. Jo Mata worked with the city of Frisco, handled all of the permitting and inspection. We are really happy with the results and I would recommend anyone who needs roofing or construction work in the area to use Jo and team.

In October we had alot of wind, hail, and rain damage at our home in Vista West Community. We contacted Fidel Landinos from Exceeds Construction and he showed up that same day. Having had roof damage, a leaning fence, busted window screens and a door broken on our shed as well as a leaky roof that damaged my inside ceiling, Fidel explained to us what to expect might be covered by insurance. He even went above and beyond to contact our HOA to make sure he was within their rules for replacing our roof. Well here we are 3 months later and all work has been completed to our satisfaction. We are extremely happy with the work he and his crew performed. Fidel the owner of the company has done this for decades. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He went over our home owners police with us step by step. Telling us what the insurance language meant. He and his crew were the nicest fastest working guys I have ever seen. My roof looks so amazing now that my gutters look horrible. I guess I need to get in line to get Fidel to make those look beautiful too. Like I said ignore the gutters have not been fidelafide.

Mr. Ladinos and his guys did an outstanding Jo’s on my investment property last week! He is truly an honest person who does great work. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the work done.

Been dealing with Fidel and his brother Chris for a while. Great people seen their work all over the DFW from Flowermound to Garland to North Dallas to even South Dallas these guys make these houses look nice once they’re done. Obviously they have experience. Will definitely recommend.
