Excel Communications - Private Locator

This company utilizes employee/friend reviews to boost their rating on Google. See all reviews from 5 years ago, especially the ones that only have 1 review. On to the actual service. They marked lines somewhat okay. They opened a sewer lid to my sewage pump, but did not replace the screws correctly and gave up after attempting to close the lid back after a few seconds. They did tell me that it would cost $125/hr with a 2 hr minimum. Just FYI for those looking to do this for projects or whatever, it took them all of 10 minutes to locate lines and one of the two guys was on the phone half the time he was here. I asked them to locate lines by my mailbox on the way out as I want to eventually build a brick mailbox that requires digging. They either didn't check at all, didn't mark, or there's

Service and communication top notch. The markings for the utilities was visible and bold color. Went above and beyond and re marked former markings from them. I highly suggest using them for utility locating. Will use again for future projects.
