This morning on Battleground Avenue, I encountered an unsettling experience with a driver from this company. While switching lanes, I ensured there was ample distance and plenty of time to merge safely. Despite this, the driver laid on his horn aggressively. At the next red light, he pulled up beside me, rolled down his window, and began yelling and cursing at me in an extremely hostile manner. When I called the company to report the incident, they did not care. They showed no concern or willingness to address such unprofessional behavior. I would seriously reconsider hiring a company that employs individuals with such a short temper and lack of professionalism. It’s concerning to think someone like this could be servicing homes.

If a zero star was possible it would be given they are wondering on private property without permission and when brought to their attention they got an attitude and when I got one back they decided it was my fault. But when he was on my property and saw the cameras he made a oh I’m caught face. They said he was looking for something regarding power but the only thing on this side of my house are my windows to my room.

J&J underground utilities cut my fiber while installing my neighbors they acted like they couldn’t be bothered to even search for the issue. Even though my fiber went out within ten minutes of them starting to dig. Because of their carelessness I couldn’t recommend them for anything both in the commercial space or for private business.

Just got a new line in thur this company last friday woke up sunday morning and heard a lot pop all my power was cut off from 3am Sunday until 12pm over. 9Hours my tv blown-out clock blown-out who going to fix this 32 inch tv small alarm clock food had to throw out because power stayed off so long kicthen light not working also my plug on the front of the apartment blown-out who response for all over 100 dollar of food?spoiled and had to throw out i has my food receipt somebody please point in right decrection each company want to play tic tok wow unbelievable address is 218 Mcneal St Asheboro NC

I also had a terrible yet unbelievable experience with one of these drivers on the road near Bethany SCHOOL. I did a proper lane change because the driver was going 30 in a 50. I assume he didn’t like that because the driver pulled a firearm out and fired it at my car. Then he proceeded to follow me but turned around and continue bis route once he realized i wan’t alone. I tried to call and file a complaint but no one ever answers It was definitely this company’s name i saw on the side of the car. Thats how i found it on google i tried to take a picture of his license plate but he left. And again this happened in front of Bethany an elementary school in reidsville.
