Excel maintenance South came to my house gave me a quote on doing Christmas lights told me the time and day they were coming. They’ve been at my house last year and twice this year and always showed up on time. The workers are excellent. I would recommend a to anybody five star all the way

We had our windows cleaned at our home on LBI and noticed Excel had an office in Punta Gorda, Fl. as well. We were lucky to get Colin and Lia do our windows in Fl. They were extremely thorough and meticulous, and we were totally happy how clean the windows and screens came out. We also had our lanai power washed. It is so clean ! Excellent service from Colin and Lia!! Thank you.

We worked with Excel for Christmas lights as well as a big power wash of our screened porch. Friendly team, great communication, and they worked late on a *very* cold Friday to get the job done in the timeframe we needed. Highly recommended!
