From our first interaction, Raymond was courteous and clear. He wanted to get a good feel about the project before providing a quote (unlike some contractors). He showed up at the time he said he would and checked out what I was trying to do: upgrade an electrical panel, add a Lucid charger, and install a quick-disconnect for a garage ductless AC unit. Communicating with Raymond was always easy. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns throughout the project. His attention to detail was excellent. He has a great process and employs folks who are experts at what they do. I've added pictures so you can see the craftsmanship of the work they did. I will surely call him back for any electrical or plumbing work.
