I had an excellent experience with Excellence in Flooring from start to finish. Chase, my sales consultant, was incredibly helpful and very responsive throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions quickly and made everything smooth and stress-free. Alex and his installation crew did a phenomenal job. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show in the finished product. They were professional, efficient, and left everything clean when they were done. And man were they fast!!! I also want to thank Luke, the owner, who worked with me to get the deal I needed. That level of customer care really sets this company apart.

I have worked with Luke on several projects. He is professional, dependable and honest! He converted a living room into a custom Bunk Room for us and did a fabulous job! He was engaged from start to finish and managed the project beautifully. His company offered us design services which Frida facilitated and came up with the perfect Bunk Room for our space. She provided drawings and help with paint selections. This really made the project fun and gave me a sense of comfort being able to see what the room was going to look like when completed. The finished room is gorgeous!! I would highly recommend Luke and his team !!!

Jahenea & Johnathon's efforts honestly saved the sale...we were going to go to another place that offered to beat your quote by 5%; however, your customer service sold me with your efforts to find something to install sooner that was comparable. The guys showed up and communicated well and moved fast!! Everything looked great and was installed faster than we thought. We LOVE the carpet!!! Will reach out for next job.

Absolutely wonderful job. Completed the 2000 sq fr house in one day. Luke and his team made it so simple and for an unbeatable price. The workmanship was outstanding. Highly recommend!
