My old dryer stopped working and called up Joe to attempt to fix. He came in, diagnosed in less than 20 min and managed to repair it all in less than 45 min. His service is superb, very courteous , detailed and will answer all your questions. He’s extremely efficient and will be as honest as anyone can be. Thank you very much for your help and I’ll be sure to rely on you in the future!

Joe is the best in the business. As my appliances age and break down, I am left with the decision to try and fix it or buy something new. I had a recent terrible experience with another appliance repair company. They straight out took my money because the appliance went back to being inoperable the next day. Joe has saved more than a few appliances for me. He is professional, honest, and can get the job done. He just repaired an appliance that still has life in it when no one else had a clue what to do. Joe is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, responsive to communication, and hard working. I had a Frigidaire dryer that had a worn out belt. Joe immediately diagnosed the issue, got the right parts, and my dryer is now working again. He knows a lot about appliances and walked around my home to give me advice on the other appliances I had. He charges a very fair price and is also funny in person. I would highly recommend him to anyone with any appliance issue!

When my dryer vent is getting cleaned, the service guy broke the door of the washer when moving the machine. He couldn't fix it after multiple tries so he called Joe from Excellentech Appliance. Joe listened carefully and provided a few suggestions. I requested if he can come and take a look. Joe came, as nice and courteous on the phone. He thoroughly checked the washer and told me he needs to order a part of the door and that hope it will be ready the next day. He showed up the next day and fixed the door, only charged me one time of the labor. While he was at my house, he kept showing me how to clean the machine and make sure to do the maintenance correctly. Joe is such a great guy. He’s courteous, prompt, and gives it to you straight. He came and took a look at our dishwasher (which died) and told us it would make more sense to get a new dishwasher. Other repairmen might have tried to sell me on the repair, it joe was honest. He also shared lots of other helpful tips about appliances in general. All around a great guy with a great sense of humor. Would definitely hire him back again!
