They restored the facade of our brownstone/building, carefully rebuilding window frames and bringing back the building’s original charm after many years of neglect. Excelon went above and beyond! I needed a Cornice repair on my 3 family brownstone because the City came by and found us in violation. We went on the hunt getting estimates from 6 different companies but Excelon checked off all the boxes I was looking for. Sajin came over immediately and explained in detail what he would be doing and took his time answering my questions, and gave me a very reasonable quote. We signed with them and NO REGRETS, THEY WERE GREAT! They completely repaired the Cornice and all the rotted wood, water proofed and painted it beautifully. AND DID IT IN GREAT TIMING. I can't tell you the relief I feel because the work is done, it's done right, and the City is off our back. I have recommended them to my neighbors and highly recommend them!

We were looking to waterproof the backside (before pics- grey paint over expose brick) of our home and spoke with several contractors after we noticed some water intrusion though the brick. We were constantly told they can stucco our wall in a few days by using a Styrofoam/plastic material behind the stucco and once completed, the styrofoam material was prone to dents so keep balls and kids away from the walls. After reading about the process from the big industrial manufactures, it just didn't make sense to glue Styrofoam to brick and cover it with cement. Excelon came to our rescue and was the only one we could find that uses the traditional craftmanship of stucco by taking the long process for a smooth stucco finish. We had some waterproofing work done to walls and part of the foundation. Excelon construction did a great thorough job. Sanjin was very accommodating with scheduling and easy to work with. He went beyond the initial requirements of the work to make sure the job was done 100%. He was also very understanding of my concerns while the work was being performed showing a willingness to make changes or corrections to address unforeseen issues that arose as the work was being performed. Initially the foundation wall was to be water proofed 3 feet down from ground level. Sanjin went all the way down to the bottom of the foundation. There were minor things that needed attention along the way that he took care of; some holes in the roof, rain gutters etc. Communication between me and Excelon

I could not be happier with the experience of Excelon. Sajin and his crew did a 4 month job which required extensive detail and many challenges. Him and his team delivered at every turn. They were professional and courteous and always cleaned after themselves. They worked with meticulous detail and were very considerate. They did a phenomenal job and we will be calling them again in the future for any need. They proved themselves capable of many different types of needs. I highly recommend them!!
