Exceptional Exteriors was absolutely fantastic!! Mike, helped fight against my insurance company to get my roof, gutters & siding fully approved. His associate Brittanie was fantastic with communications throughout the job. I consider both Mike & Brittanie my friends because they not only helped me get all of this work replaced but they actually showed me they care about their customers & treat every individual customer with their own individual care. Steve & Antonio who ordered my materials were extremely helpful with coordinating the delivery of everything. Their team seems like one big family & I trust them to the fullest!!! My roof, gutters & siding are TOP NOTCH, it looks so good, I was so happy with the work I wanted to tell all my neighbors!!! Highly highly highly recommend!!!!

After the hailstorm in our area, many salespeople knocked on our door and left brochures. Mike was the only one who actually showed us the damage to our siding and was willing to get up on our steep roof. Knowing the business owner was also the salesperson put our minds at ease. He knew what he was talking about, clearly explained what needed to be done (new roof, new siding, new window wraps, new garage door, new gutters), and did it. Our insurance company has not been easy to work with, but with Mike's persistence, repeated calls, photos, and coaching, our insurance payout was higher than originally anticipated. I was skeptical at first, and I'm now glad that my wife answered the door because I probably would have said no thinking it was a waste of time. I didn't think my roof had any hail damage but Michael assured me there was. Michael meet the insurance adjuster at my house and they walked my roof together. The insurance adjuster agreed there was hail damage and he wrote me for a new roof and gutters! The crew of about 8 was very professional and worked very fast and even cleaned up afterwards. You could tell watching them work that this wasn't their first rodeo. The roofers finished in one day. The gutter installers arrived a week later and worked even faster. They installed all my gutters in less than 4 hours! Amazing! Good work!

They did my roof on my house and did a great job. They worked with my insurance company State Farm and got my roof fully approved, I was impressed with the communication and speed they were able to get everything done. I had people try in the past and were not successful, but Exceptional Exteriors got it done. My new roof looks fantastic, and the clean up was EXCELLENT. I did not find any nails after the job was done. They even did a small repair on a second property next door that wasn't involved in the insurance claim without charging me. I was grateful for their kindness. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof!
