Exchange Parking Structure

We park here all the time to go to the movies, but they really need to redraw the lines of the parking spots. They’re much too narrow and cars are bigger than the designated lines, which makes for a frustrating parking experience with bald spots open or making it hard to open the door / climb into your car. Otherwise, no complaints!

First 90 min free is so nice, I always park here when I’m in the area.

Absolutely the worst parking management, after paying maximum charge on the automated walk up machine, you only have a couple minutes to exit and if you pass that, you get charged additional at the gate. The parking attendant won't do anything to help, but argue over a dollar that should not be charged in the first place, and then this happens to every single car that's trying to exit, which then causes people to fight amongst each other.This parking management should be fined for causing a pile up of cars, which is a safety issue that endangers the lives of people trapped in that parking structure.

The pay stations are constantly broken. This constantly causes a massive car pileup for anyone trying to exit. Not uncommon to take 30+ minutes to be able to leave. Line of cars has been baked up all the way to level 4 on occasions.

They don’t give a receipt when requested and they charged my card more than it was on the screen. I then called and the attendant named Kimberly, and she basically told me there was no way for me to get emailed a receipt or to get the overcharge returned.
