Jakob was a friendly and professional dude, he was interested in my concerns/issues if I had any and was very thorough. Exo Pest gets my recommendation to all my neighbors.

The company means well, but their systems could be improved. I was told one thing by the technician, but the system wouldn’t allow it to happen. Their customer service is outsourced, which led to a lot of back and forth before I finally reached someone from the actual company. Overall, a frustrating experience.

Justin was great at explaining what services Exp Pest provided and he assured us everything would be taken care of. The best thing is… everything was taken care of the next day by Exo’s #1 technician Tucker. Tucker was very nice and professional. We endorse Exo Pest for all you pest control services.
