Expert Air A/C and Heating

I called Expert Air for an issue with my heater. It was late in the afternoon on a Saturday on one of the coldest days of the year. They answered my call immediately, call back to schedule something the next day on Sunday. They were very friendly, thorough with the diagnostic, and fixed unit the same day. I would highly recommend them!

Manny did an excellent job. He’s a good person and worked carefully with me to get a positive result. Dace also did a great job installing a new a/ c unit. Prompt , polite , knowledgeable. Good service ! .

Tryan from Expert Air was wonderful! He explained everything and fixed other problems that I didn’t even know were issues so my unit will last longer. And even though my unit wasn’t working the next day, Expert Air and Tryan called to apologize and got someone out immediately. I gave them 4 stars only because I woke up to the heater not working this morning but I would give them 5 stars for service and kindness

Mike O’Neal was the tech to come to our house today. He’s been here before and is absolutely outstanding. I would highly recommend him. Expert Air/southern air. North Shore is Great and Mike is a real asset to this company.

My review is long overdue. Had a new air conditioning put in about a month ago and Chris and his crew are great at what they do. They are professionals. They are courteous. They are clean. I recommend Expert Air to all of my friends and family. They got it all done in a day so trust me if you’re in need of air-conditioning work, service or installing AC unit don’t hesitate give Expert Air a call🥰
