Due to a plumbing issue my Master Bedroom got flooded. I wanted to replace the floor with the same flooring because the majority of my house has this floor installed. I spoke to Stephanie and she checked and found out that my particular floor was discontinued by the manufacturer. Stephanie later called me and found another retailer in Ohio that had my exact floor in stock. Even though I purchased the floor from Ohio, I can't thank Stephanie enough for going above and beyond! My wife and I went to Flooco to try and match a wood floor in our home. The flooring that we were trying to match had been discontinued, but Cheryl did a great job at finding a ‘match’ from their large selection of wood flooring from a wide variety of manufacturers in a wide array of colors and styles. We ordered it, and Ross promptly notified us within less than two weeks that they had it in their showroom, ready to be installed. He also directed me a preferred installer. We couldn’t be more pleased and would recommend Floorco to anyone who asked. David and his crew get 5-stars for selection and service!
