Technician named Dmitro repaired my Blue Star Range that wasn’t lighting properly. He was communicative, on time, professional and helped me understand what the issues were so I can attempt the simple fixes on my own in the future. Highly recommend hiring them for any appliance repairs!

From the first phone call, Expert Appliance Repair was responsive, patient, and easy to work with. They scheduled quickly and communicated clearly. Vlad, the technician, was outstanding. He was professional, polite, and took the time to listen before diagnosing the issue with our washing machine. I appreciated how respectful he was of my curiosity while he worked — you could really see his expertise and methodical approach to troubleshooting. He explained the repair cost, which was very fair for the time and skill involved. Bonus points: our usually skeptical dog approved of him immediately — always a good sign. Dmitro of EHS was great. Very knowledgeable. He was friendly and pleasant and thoroughly explained different workings and issues with our two ovens Hotpoint and Kenmore. Dmitro was able to diagnose quickly and we didn’t need much repairs. I would be happy to call them again if we need to.

Leo did a terrific job repairing our aging subzero refrigerator. He gave an honest assessment of its condition and provided professional guidance on whether replacing or repairing was the better option. We decided to move forward with repairing. He came back the next day and repaired the refrigerator. I was appreciative of his knowledge, professional standards (protecting our counters, cleaning up after himself and doing a thorough job) as well as his professional guidance. He cheerfully complied with downtown Condo and HOA challenges (parking, building security, noise and smells). On top of all that, he’s a really nice guy. He was very generous with his time and information. I highly recommend him.
