Recently needed a completely replacement our hot water system and within a few minutes of investigation, Mickey diagnosed a problem that half a dozen plumbers over several years failed to see. He was quick and communicative, completely transparent and put in the time to get everything up and running on the same day with impeccable craftsmanship. Mickey is awesome. He was communicative, knowledgeable, straightforward and honest. He helped us reviewing everything with our recent purchase, fixed someone's horrifying DIY, and capped the gasline. He was quick to come out (came out to inspect the same day we called) and finished the job quickly as well. Very happy with his company and will call Mickey again if we ever need plumbing help!

Ive had the pleasure of having Mickey and Co working at our house for the last month or two. Really dedicated guy with a great team. Mickey was great. He understood our townhouse's wierd open-loop water and heating system (not everyone did) . He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions, and was quick to respond to all questions via email as well. I also appreciate how the quotes were written with all the different parts listed. (Why doesn't everyone do this?!)
