My wife and I purchased our home knowing we needed to replace the roof in a couple years. We had Marcus bid our new roof and he did a great job and explained all the materials and showed us samples to see the different tiers on quality of materials available. They weren’t the cheapest bid (which was expected with the name “Expert”) but we were looking for quality and speed as it was December and they had great reviews. Max came out within a week and as the project manager explained there was an opening in the weather and they could get started the next day on Friday. We had a great experience with Expert. We had our siding and new roof at the same time. Tyler walked us through the whole sales process. He was very kind and answered all our questions. He did not pressure us. The siding guys Daniel and Eric were terrific. Great guys that did very careful and thorough work. The roofers did great work under the diligent work of Max the project Foreman, who had to have them fix some things that were done incorrectly. The roofers left a real mess in the yard but Max made sure it was all taken care of quickly and professionally. Max made all the difference in this project. We are so impressed with the quality of work done! Very good communication about every step of the process. Eric and Daniel were great to work with! I highly recommend them. Our house looks like a brand new home. The siding made such a big difference! If you are military ask for the discount!
