It took weeks just to get a quote from them. I get it, everyone is remodeling, but it just got worse from there. We were replacing our upstairs hallway and stairs carpet with wood flooring. The floor we chose was not the color we ended up with. Okay, it looked nice anyway so I gave in. I had asked Sergio in the beginning if his quote included risers. He said it did. We never got risers installed. I said ok again. I gave in quite a few times. The quote supposedly included our bottom step. We never got it installed. It was stained, but because the step didn’t get installed, they stained over the old stain and it didn’t match the rest of the steps. They did a superb job installing LVP in my basement a couple of years ago which is what the pictures are from. Fast forward two years and they're now doing all the floors of a newly purchased house. They continue doing top notch work at competitive prices.

Sergio and his team are the best, hardest working team I have ever dealt with. They are friendly and trustworthy. From helping with the product selection in the store with Samantha, to the installation. They worked late and even came in Saturday to finish on time.
