We had them come out on a home warranty issue and they were able to fix the concern with no problem. We the had them replace an in wall hvac unit, and they were able to schedule us no get it done within a week. So delighted to work with them. Office staff and the service techs alike are terrific! I was referred to Experts when we needed a ductless system installed in a rental during a short time gap which occurred between tenants. They made the process easy because of their knowledge of the product and process, very good communication, and willingness to accommodate the tight timeline I proposed. One thing I especially appreciated was their quote included the work required to be done by an electrician (different company). Their technician, James, has always been the person who has serviced our system and he is always on time and communicates well what needs to be done. Experts pricing seems competitive with other HVAC companies we've dealt with, but we have liked the timely and friendly service we get with them better.
