Innovative Leak Detection

Do NOT use Innovative Leak Detection!!! 1. They “thought” they found a leak and after an extensive and very expensive dig by a plumber, no leak was found. They do not guarantee leak detection although most other companies do. If no leak found you have to pay them the full price to come out again. He appeared as a very inexperienced service man. 2. They broke a toilet valve that cost $500 to fix. This is after we had already confirmed that the toilets were not the issue, he we g around and turned off the water supply to all the toilets and didn’t turn anything back, so we found the leak after he left. 3. Very unprofessional. Did not have shoe covers and proceeded to walk in the house after mucking around in the crawl space and outside. He asked to use our toilet 10 min after he arrive

Brayden was super nice and super efficient. I'm disappointed in the amount of money you charge for an hours work, AND... you don't follow through with repairing the leak. Other than that... Great!

Called Innovative Leak Detection to help us locate the leak. Lucy was helpful and set us with a next day appointment. Brayden arrived the next morning, setup, and was able locate the leak within 30 mins. He clearly marked the area for us and/or our plumber of choice to dig up. We dug the area up and found the cause of the leak. Thank you!

Brayden was a terrific detective in finding the leak in our irrigation pipe. He was thorough and happily answered all my questions about the process.
