I feel lucky to work with Explosion Home Solution. Franklin was very helpful. I worked with them on my renovation project. I recommend him. He is both polite and responsive. At the same time, he manages a strong team.

Outstanding experience. I called to get duct repair work done. Frank came out on the same day and provided an estimate and he was able to get his guy to complete the work the next day. The service technician was on time, polite and friendly. I was amazed that he did all the work alone and in a timely and efficient manner. I have been in my home for 12 years and thought it was time to have my vents cleaned. I reached out to Explosion on a Wednesday and they had me set up that Friday. They showed me the vents before and man they were nasty. Once they completed the job it's like the quality in the air was instantly better. Having 4 dogs can be a challenge, they worked with me the entire time as I had to move dogs from room to room. Their patients and professionalism is unmatched. I can't thank them enough for a job well done. I will definitely be using them again.

A terrible experience working with Explosion Home Solutions. Their telemarketing team called and promised an hvac system cleaning for $189. I asked, is this a quote for cleaning the ducts and AC system? “Yes” they assured me. I flagged three times that my AC system is on the roof & that I dealt previously with teams that had never worked on a roof unit. They assured me their teams were experienced and well equipped to handle a roof ac system. I took time off of work. The technician arrived on time, but didn’t have a ladder to reach the roof, didn’t know the difference between a radiator and an AC system, had never heard of an AC system on a roof before, freshly quoted $500 to clean ducts and the ac system, and then said he probably couldn’t clean the whole system. What a waste.

Mr Frank and Mr Lionel were very accomodating and professional. I highly recommend this company for air duct cleaning. Mr Frank thoroughly explained everything before doing the job. Both did an excellent job and were very polite and excellent.
