Incredible response time, professionalism, and problem resolution. My 12+ year old built-in Jenn Air refrigerator gave up over Thanksgiving while we were out of town. We came home to a warm fridge/freezer - lights on but nobody home situation. I spent a day or two weighing options when an expert in appliance sales told me to “absolutely get it fixed” and referred me to EXPO. I spoke directly with the owner, and he set me up for an appointment the following day. The technician, Javin, arrived early, worked efficiently, and was able to diagnose the problem, grab the part, and repair it all within 2-3 hours. I will call EXPO a hundred times over for service from now on! I’m so pleased!

Knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. Javin came out within a couple hours of us calling to diagnose our fridge. A part needed to be ordered, but it came in quickly and he had us scheduled for the follow-up repair the very next day. Highly recommend!

A great experience! Javin, the tech, was professional, explained everything that was wrong, came back two days later with ordered part, had it replaced in less than fifteen minutes, re-checked to make sure everything was working properly and enabled me to keep plans I had in afternoon. Professionalism, competency and cleanliness at its best! Would definitely use them again!
