I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Exposition Flooring Design Center for the first time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! This was my first time buying rugs for my first apartment, and I was pleasantly overwhelmed by their selection. From the moment I walked in, Liz and Dena’s hospitality made me feel so welcomed—they truly care about making the process fun, easy, and stress-free. Liz gave me a tour of their showroom, showcasing their vast selection of rugs, carpets, and flooring options. I was never alone in the process—Liz helped me every step of the way and customized my three rugs to perfectly fit my space. She had such a great eye for design and made sure everything matched what I was thinking!! I am beyond grateful to Liz, Dena, and the entire team at Exposit

Purchased two area rugs here out of a remnant for the new place! Liz was so patient and kind and helped me with my purchase - and did not try to upsell me anything I did not need! They came out gorgeous!

We got our flooring from here and we had such a great experience. We love it! It’s been a couple years since installed and everything still looks great!! Will be going back for more of our flooring needs

Dena the owner is an honorable straight shooter. I've worked with her for 20-years and always go to her. If I find something I like better somewhere else, I always give her the option snd she makes it happen. The installer has also been with her for over 15-years and I trust him to tell me when I'm asking for something that won't work well.

Good prices and friendly staff. However, that comes with sheer ineptitude and lack of following up and through. Their excuse is that they are so busy. I wouldn't purchase at Exposition again even with their good pricing. I would seek a rug retailer who has time for the sale and knows what they are doing.
