My husband and I stopped by to look at flooring. Rob showed us many options. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. We decided to have him come out to measure our space the following day. Prices were extremely reasonable. The installation team worked quickly and meticulously. I am so glad we decided to give our business to Express Carpet & Flooring! I highly recommend this place.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this company. The salesman who came to take the measurements gave us incorrect information and forgot to order some of the required materials. Because of his mistakes, the workers could not finish the job, and we had to stop the installation and wait until the remaining items were ordered. On top of that, he ordered the wrong materials, which caused even more delays and problems. We were also informed that there was a promotion and that we would receive a free hotel stay or a 6 day cruise. We were told that we would receive a call the day after the installation to get the offer. It has now been over two weeks, and we have not received any calls or follow up. At this point, this feels like a scam. The company does not follow through on anything

We recently had a wonderful experience with Express Carpet in Anaheim. Due to my son's sensitivity to allergens, we needed to replace our carpet with a different type of flooring. Rob had everything from high end wood flooring to budget friendly styles. Rob was incredibly helpful in selecting a stylish and cost-effective option that suited our needs. We wanted something that looked classy and timeless without breaking the bank. We opted with an oak colored laminate floor. We had a time crunch with completing the project and Rob was able to facilitate his crew to stop by and finish the replacement of the flooring in less than a week. I first went to Express Carpet in January 2017 because I needed flooring for my office. At the time I went from store to store on State College in Anaheim looking for a particular color. I had already been to about six stores that day when I entered Express Carpet. When I told Hadi what I was looking for, he immediately showed me US Floors Coretec Plus samples and I instantly knew I wanted the Accolade Oak color. The Coretec Plus is waterproof and will never swell and it can be installed over the existing hard floor surface with its cork backing with no messy glue. Best of all though, Hadi gave me a price that was a full 49 cents lower than the best price I could find on Coretec Plus.
