came last week everything was taking forever and there was this weird smell. they showed up on time, got it done quick and left everything spotless. now it runs smooth, no more stress. graet job, would use again if needed. thanks!

The technician, Sam, cleaned dryer vent at end of May 2025. The initial charge was $79 and went to $500 after he stated it needed repairs in attic and also he encouraged to pay additional for return visits. Fast forward two weeks ago called because dryer seemed blocked. Made appointment and he never showed. Called said he was sick made new appointment never showed. Now, when you call, a woman makes believe phone has problems and keeps discnnecting. The voice mailbox is full. I am a senior citizen. They took a great deal of money and don't fulfill their obligations. I will check to see if they have a occupational license and are insured prior to filing a complaint. PROCEED WITH CAUTION. This is not how you should conduct business...

Sam was very polite and friendly. Immediately began work and called out how severe my current duct clogging was. Gave good photos and videos of the problem to showcase the severity, as it's difficult for me to check myself. He started to pivot by removing the clog from the roof vent as well as sealing the exterior and interior opening from the dryer vent. He also worked with me on figuring out what payment options worked for us and was very patient with confirming everything was agreed upon and in working order.
