Just walked in my machine and the team is extremely nice. I put my Rancillio in for water pump issues and they were communicative with the waiting time and the price estimate was not bad at all. Super happy already! Thank you guys!

The guys at Express Fix are the most knowledgeable and nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. My son wanted an espresso machine for his birthday, and they set him up with the perfect machine and even spent an hour teaching him how to use it. I can’t speak highly enough about them. What a great experience!

I wish another company fixed home espresso machines. These guys cost WAY too much. I brought in my machine to replace a valve. They called and said they were done cleaning my machine and it was $200. I didn't ask for a cleaning but they do it anyway and charge like crazy for it. They even charge $4 for the beans they use to test the machine. How much coffee does it take to test a machine? It doesn't cost $4 worth of coffee to test a coffee machine.

they were quick with repair which we definitely appreciate, but the quote over the phone by Derrick was not same as final bill which was more. That was a little disappointing but overall satisfied.

I sent them my 3 group head Rancilio after it had been left in freezing temperatures and had sprung a leak. They were honest about the turn around time (one month) the they were honest about the things that were wrong, they were efficient in communicating all that was going on and how much it would be. They were helpful with questions i had. The machine is back in the shop and running like a champion! I’m very thankful to express fox and will use them for all my future needs! Highly recommended!
