Brian was just here and did a fabulous job installing a new window in place of the window I had broken earlier in the morning. OOPS! Extra fast service and a job well done! On time with great customer service. AND, VERY AFFORDABLE! I had one quote for twice the amount charged by Express.

After a neighbor shattered our dual pane slider with a BB gun we called about 5 places to get it repaired. John from Express glass & windows was the quickest to return my call and schedule a day to come for an estimate. He was quick and efficient and arrived right on time for our appointment which was refreshing when another company showed up over 2 hours late. John was easy to communicate with, friendly, and got the job done quickly. He even worked out the payment directly with our neighbor so we didn’t have to worry about anything. John at Express Glass and Windows is amazing! The glass in my living room window was shattered and I had issues with my HOA to simply replace the glass. They insisted I needed an architectural approval form to fix this safety issue. John went above and beyond, and contacted the HOA on my behalf to explain the situation so the glass could get replaced quickly without waiting possibly weeks for an approval. He was here the next day to fix my window - and at a great price. It's not often you find someone (especially someone you've never met!) that will go the extra mile and care about your situation.
